Joshua has over 20 years of experience in fire and EMS and holds a bachelors degree in Public Safety Administration from Grand Canyon University. Joshua also has multiple fire certifications from the State of Wisconsin and holds a Critical Care Paramedic license with a Tactical Emergency Medicine (TEMS) endorsement. During his career, Joshua has worked in multiple different roles in the fire service including operating as the EMS Division Chief in the City of Wausau and spent several years as a flight paramedic for Aspirus MedEvac. Joshua has been a speaker at the Paramedic Systems of Wisconsin Conference as well as the Northcentral Regional Trauma Conference.

Eric Lang

Eric has over 24 years of experience in fire and EMS. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Fire Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus and will begin the National Fire Academy Executive Fire Officer (EFO) program summer of 2022. Eric also holds multiple state fire certifications, ProBoard rope and confined space rescue certificates, and a Critical Care Paramedic license with a Tactical Emergency Medicine (TEMS) endorsement. During his career, Eric was a paid-on-call firefighter/EMT with the Schofield Fire Department and Engineer with Rib Mountain Fire Department. In 2005 he began his career service with the Marshfield Fire and Rescue Department where he was on numerous committees, served as a Field Training Officer, and was a member of Local 1021 executive board. In 2016 Eric was hired by SAFER as a Battalion Chief, supervising blue shift. Over the last several years, Eric has supervised red shift, the training division at SAFER, and serves as the President of MABAS division 130.
